Cancellation and Deposits
Depending on the rate chosen a pre-paid amount may be required on booking. Any pre-paid amounts are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We advise adequate holiday insurance is arranged to cover any eventuality.
Cheques are accepted one week prior to departure if supported by a Bankers Card up to the guarantee amount.
Most of our family rooms will accommodate children up to 12 years, with some rooms able to accommodate children up to 16 years. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted by law to occupy a room on their own. Any children over the age of 16 will be charged as an adult.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We make no additional charge when paying for hotel services using a credit card.
The online booking facility is designed for individual bookings and Dolan Hotels reserves the right to review the validity of any reservations that are not made in this spirit.
For Health & Safety reasons, Dolan Hotels operate a no pet policy. Guide Dogs are accepted with prior arrangement.
Special offers are applicable to new bookings only. Offers cannot be taken in conjunction with any other Dolan Hotel offer or promotion. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room and subject to availability.
Where travel inclusive holidays are arranged on your behalf all payments will be handled by our travel partner and there terms and conditions will apply to your booking. Your holiday will then be fully covered by their ABTA and ATOL licences for your piece of mind. Photographic ID is required to travel to Jersey.
Availability of rooms and rates are correct at the time of issue but subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice until a confirmed reservation is made. Nothing will be reserved until the necessary deposit has been received, unless otherwise advised at the time of enquiry.
Full English or continental breakfast is included in all rates as standard, unless otherwise specified. Guests on Half Board basis who arrive after the restaurant has closed will have a cold meal provided. There is no VAT in the Channel Islands. All prices include local GST.
The Management respectfully declines responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any guests property unless deposited with reception and a receipt obtained.
